Bed boring is a method of hydraulic boring using rigid drilling rods to ensure a successful bore path.

This method is used in tight ground conditions, as the rods do not vary from their path.  Although the rods are rigid it can be steered a small amount to change the alignment or grade to manoeuvre around.

Under road boring to 35m in length, up to 150mm sewer, stormwater, irrigation and communications.

Greater hole diameter/s can be achieved in shorter lengths.

This machine is lowered into the trench, augers cut through the soil and the pipe is pulled back through the hole. Ideal for under road drilling, railway lines, paths & driveways etc.
